Under construction in 2024, this beautiful modern a-frame is going to be amazing! What we're most excited about is the outdoor living space and the basement theater room.

Walk to the beach! We've provided a ton of beach toys and supplies. Our favorite part is the resort amenities which include a pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and mini-golf.

Our beachfront property is right on the 2.5 acre crystal clear blue lagoon. The home includes 3 living rooms, game tables, a huge theater room, and a private pool! The community also includes beach volleyball, a modern driving range (like Top Golf), pin bowling and arcade bar, restaurants and more.

Our favorite spot in the home is definitely the screened in porch. On that porch is a swing which feels king-sized because it's so big and relaxing you could sleep on it!

Our favorite part about this home is the "master spa", but it also has the best game room around, a hot tub year round, a modern fire pit, and a record player (two actually).
